Pakistan was the one country singled out in the report by the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferation and Terrorism, due to their vast history of instability as well as their huge network of various terror groups.

From the report: “In our judgment, America’s margin of safety is shrinking, not growing.”

“Without greater urgency and decisive action by the world community, it is more likely than not that a weapon of mass destruction will be used in a terrorist attack somewhere in the world by the end of 2013,” said the commission.”

The panel called on newly elected President of the US, Barack Obama to take “decisive action” when he becomes President on January 20th to eliminate potential risks of terrorist attacks using weapons of mass distruction.
